It's so hard to tell the quality of the meat when it's swimming in the BBQ sauce --you know it's like loading up the wasabi on sushi. Nonetheless, RIBS USA's ribs were finger licking good. Would it be wrong for me to ask the sauce on the side the next time I go...?
The corn on the cob should be sweeter and the corn bread is just corn bread. The pulled pork is yummy.
What I like about Ribs USA was not the peanut shells all over the floor, but for an additional $4.95 with an entree order, you can have 3 Baby Back Ribs or 2 Beef Ribs or 5 Shrimps. I'm such a sucker for deals.
