For those who smoke, there IS a place where you can smoke and have a drink in Santa Monica, and it's at the Cameo Bar.
I was there for a birthday shindig over the weekend, and all I got to say for those who are 1st timers here, reserve a table outside or if you're there early (let's say 9pm), you could prob get a table/sitting section outside --don't sit inside. Party is outside.
